- We never send messages on behalf of our clients or any other business.
- Any enquiry you send us is used only to respond to you and to provide the services you ask for.
6. No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — your market, offer, pricing, budget, competition and timing. We do not guarantee any particular number of customers or inquiries, level of traffic, ranking, conversion rate, revenue or growth. Any figures we discuss are estimates or past examples, not promises.
7. Third-party services
We use and may integrate third-party platforms such as CRM, advertising and analytics services. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or their own terms and policies.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Market Hive App LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
9. Changes
